Just steps to the beach with your private walkover (shared with the 2 vacant lots on the left). It offers an inviting ocean front covered porch with a mix of rocking and captains chairs.
Inside offers an open living, dining and kitchen area.
Primary bedroom is ocean front and offers a queen bed, two double beds in the second bedroom with vanity and water closet, and finally a small bunk bedroom, a full bath in the hall with an additional hot and cold shower downstairs. Blackout curtains in both main bedrooms.
Wireless internet and two smart TVs with streaming services available. Well-appointed kitchen with everything you need for sandwiches, to gourmet, and even the low country boil. Also included, blender, hand mixer, toaster, drip coffee maker and Keurig.
Full size washer and dryer on main level.
Rates are based on the season.
Weekly rentals only from Memorial Day to the beginning of October.
2 night minimum rental the remainder of the year.
Rates include linens, departure cleaning, all taxes and fees. A starter pack for you includes hand and dish soap, dishwasher tablets, paper towels, toilet paper and laundry detergent.
